Booking Details
Booking requires a completed contract and 50% deposit. The final payment is due two weeks prior to visit. We also require a $300 deposit that will be returned if no damages are incurred during your stay.
Check in is at 3PM, check out is 10AM.
Check out is fairly easy: Wash, dry and put away dishes. Bag garbage and place in hopper. Strip any used beds, and place all soiled sheets, towels, and bedding in the laundry area. Lock up home and shed.
We are a pet-free and smoke-free rental.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

$200 cleaning fee (absolutely no smoking or pets)
$300 security deposit due at time of booking.
4% Yates County occupancy tax
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel this agreement 60 days prior to the occupancy date. Your deposit will be refunded less a processing fee of $100. If you cancel your agreement less than 60 days from occupancy date and agent is unable to find a suitable replacement tenant, then all monies paid shall be forfeited pursuant to this contractual obligation. If a replacement tenant is found for a portion of the reserved time period then the dollar amount of the rental will be adjusted accordingly which shall include the processing fee.
